The ribbons for our Elite Collection collars are chosen for their durability, and their ability to stand beautifully on their own without further adornment. See FAQ for more information. Spot clean as necessary and apply leather conditioner.
To be effective, the Private Trainer should be 1" - 2" smaller than the circumference of your dog's neck, right below the ears (e.g. an 18" neck would require a 16" Private Trainer). See Sizing tab to be ensure you are ordering the correct size!

How to measure
Measure around the dog's head at the widest part the collar will need to slip over (usually under the jaw and over or right in front of the ears). These collars have about 2-3 inches of adjustability, but are not fully adjustable, so accurate measuring is important.

All Luxe European Crystal Collars are guaranteed against crystal loss. Should you experience loss of any crystals, contact us so you can return the item to us and we will re-crystal the collar, free of charge.
Not Returnable
Dog Treats, Dog Toys, and Pet Hygiene products are non-returnable. Custom made or personalized embroidered collars are not returnable unless the return is the result of our error.
