Your dog will stay warm and dry with this waterproof vinyl Rain Coat.  The Coat slips on over your dog's head with an elasticized neck, while the hood has a drawstring to tighten it. Draw the long strap through the adjuster and fasten it as tight as it needs to be with the Velcro fastener. The elastic loops for the back legs keep the Rain Coat in place. The front bib protects your little dog against splash-back. There is a small pocket on the back of the Rain Coat for your key or a disposal bag. There's also a reinforced leash ring slit at the neck.
